Job summary

WISEcode, Inc. is hiring a senior lifecycle operator to own the consumer journey from install to retention. You will integrate activation, engagement, subscription conversion, and support into one AI-first workflow, working with the product, marketing, and success leaders.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will scale lifecycle programs across channels, build predictive retention insights, and drive business growth with an equity-backed compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consumer lifecycle, growth, CRM, or consumer success.
• Experience building AI-native operations and tools (agents, automations, workflows).
• Hands-on fluency with lifecycle analytics tooling (e.g., Braze, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Ability to execute as a senior doer with strong collaboration across marketing and product.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and activation flows to drive first value quickly.
• Lead lifecycle messaging across email, push, and in-app channels.
• Build and iterate consumer support using AI-first approaches with SLAs.
• Drive retention, engagement, and re-engagement through cohort analysis and programs.
• Maintain a consumer health dashboard covering acquisition to retention and support.
• Select, build, and connect tooling with AI agents as core workers.
