Job summary

WISEcode is an AI food technology company transforming how people understand what they eat. We own the consumer lifecycle end to end for the app, from onboarding to activation, engagement, and free-to-premium conversion.

You will execute every day as a hands-on operator driving retention, activation, and growth, with AI-native tooling and close collaboration with product, marketing, and success teams. This role is fully remote.

Qualifications

• Senior doer with hands-on execution, not management.
• Proven track in consumer B2C lifecycle growth.
• Experience with activation, retention, or conversion metrics.
• Familiar with analytics and lifecycle tooling.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and activation flows that get a new user to first value fast.
• Lifecycle messaging across email, push, and in-app for all stages.
• Consumer support with AI-first deflection, escalation paths, and VOC loops.
• Retention, engagement, and re-engagement programs and metrics.
• The consumer health dashboard showing end-to-end funnel health.
• Build and connect scalable tooling, with AI agents as first-class workers.
