Job summary

Viktor is hiring a dedicated lifecycle owner to own activation, expansion, retention, and reactivation for our PLG SaaS. You’ll work hands-on in Customer.io, shaping lifecycle emails and in-app nudges to convert signups into daily users and new teams.

Today the system is being rebuilt; you will inherit the machine and own segmentation, data dependencies with engineering, deliverability, and experimentation.

Qualifications

• Experience running lifecycle for a PLG B2B SaaS with revenue from seats/usage.
• Hands-on in Customer.io including segments, campaigns, and event-triggered flows.

Responsibilities

• Own activation: emails and in‑channel nudges to close signup gaps.
• Drive expansion through seat and usage growth; build the motion.
• Own retention & reactivation with real revenue metrics.
• Run advocacy programs for referrals and cross‑team promotion.
• Define segmentation roadmap and align data dependencies with engineering.
