Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to drive design, development, delivery and maintenance of solutions in a medium-to-large product team. You will lead a hands‑on, coach‑as‑needed role delivering AI-forward development, with strong alignment to business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities include solving complex coding challenges, mentoring teams, and shaping engineering standards, while fostering collaboration across Development, Architecture and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• More than 10 years applied experience.
• Significant relevant experience in internal or external software or platform engineering roles.
• CI/CD delivery using code management, configuration management and automation tools such as GitHub, ADO.

Responsibilities

• Solves complex and escalated aspects of a project, performing coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout development.
• Provides advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency, reliability and value from current solutions, infrastructure and emerging technologies.
• Develops strong working relationships with peers across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams, collaborating to engineer leading solutions.
• Provides a leadership role for the work group, ensuring appropriate expectations, principles, structures, tools and responsibilities.
• Drives consistency to processes, standards, and technical design while supporting technology standards.
