Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced software/platform engineer in the US to join a medium‑to‑large product team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions, driving AI‑forward development and ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.

You will lead delivery across Development & Engineering, collaborating with Architecture teams to shape robust, compliant systems while mentoring peers in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• More than 10 years of applied software/ platform engineering experience.
• Proven ability to lead design, development, and delivery of complex solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub and ADO.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex and escalated development tasks with coding, debugging, and testing.
• Provide advanced technical leadership to maximize solution value and reliability.
• Collaborate with Development, Engineering and Architecture teams to build leading solutions.
• Provide leadership to work groups to ensure delivery against standards and timelines.
• Drive adherence to processes, standards, and design specifications.
