Citigroup Inc. in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Generative AI Senior Delivery Lead to architect and deploy GenAI and agentic AI solutions across the Controls Technology platform, focusing on production-ready capabilities rather than training.

You will lead a team of AI engineers, drive end-to-end delivery, ensure governance, security, and ethical deployment, and collaborate with Data Mesh, Cloud, MLOps, and business units to embed GenAI into the enterprise stack.

Competenze

• Deep understanding of foundation models and context-window management.
• Expert in context engineering, memory management and reliability.
• Proficient in advanced prompt engineering techniques.
• Knowledge of RAG, HyDE, and multi-vector retrieval.
• Experience with knowledge graphs and Graph RAG architectures.
• Delivery of agentic systems using ADK and related frameworks.
• Hands-on with AWS and cloud infrastructure for AI/GenAI.
• NLP skills including NER and text classification; CI/CD for LLMOps.
• RESTful API design for model and agent integration.
• Familiarity with governance, guardrails and ethical AI practices.
