You will work with executive stakeholders and technical partners to align transformation efforts, redesign workflows, and drive outcomes across complex accounts.

This role blends consulting, business case development, and cross-functional execution in a fast-moving AI environment.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in management consulting or strategic roles in B2B SaaS/AI
• Deep understanding of enterprise AI deployments and digital workflow transformation
• Proven track record of advising C-suite executives
• Ability to construct business cases and model ROI
• Strong background in organizational design and user adoption

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business success and user adoption across enterprise accounts
• Establish baseline metrics and continuously measure realized value for client executives
• Unite and govern complex workstreams under a single strategic roadmap
• Manage client expectations and eliminate scope creep
• Analyze client operating models to redesign workflows around AI capabilities
• Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate business requirements into technical user stories
• Identify high-value use cases for account expansion post-deployment
