Addepto is recruiting a Lead Data Scientist / AI Engineer / TechLead to work on challenging AI projects across industries. You will lead ML solution development, design architectures, and mentor cross-functional teams, turning business problems into data science solutions with scalable data pipelines.

You will engage with high-profile enterprises and startups, applying AWS/Azure, LLMs, and MLOps in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment with a focus on measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial experience designing and implementing scalable AI solutions (ML, NLP, GenAI, CV).
• Experience leading end-to-end ML projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Proven deployment of solutions in cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of LLMs, semantic search, embeddings, RAG.
• Strong English communication and client-facing consulting experience.
• Working experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and MLOps practices (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.

• Design AI solution architectures to meet complex business needs and drive innovation.
• Research, test, and select tools and AI techniques to satisfy requirements.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams and promote collaboration.
• Translate client needs into data science problems and deliver actionable insights.
• Architect and oversee data pipelines, ensuring data quality and security.
• Coordinate with Data Eng and Software Eng to build AI applications.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework.
