Job summary

Zoom is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to deploy production AI agents for strategic customers within 90 days, collaborating across Sales, Product, and Engineering to prove value and shape the roadmap.

You will work hands-on with voice AI, integrations, and real customer data, turning field insights into scalable platform capabilities that accelerate revenue and deployment speed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles shipping complex SaaS or AI/ML solutions.
• Experience deploying LLM-based agents with multi-step orchestration and guardrails.
• Knowledge of ASR, TTS, and voice stack tuning across providers.
• Production integrations with Python and at least one of TypeScript or Go.
• Writing tests and logging failures to validate agent performance before go-live.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to business and engineering stakeholders.
• Experience with contact center solutions (Genesys, Five9, NICE, Zoom Contact Center).
• Familiarity with AI agent platforms or open-source benchmarks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy production‑ready AI agents in POC engagements, integrating with CRMs and telephony using Python and TypeScript.
• Engineer voice experiences including synthesis tuning, turn-taking, and barge‑in across providers.
• Build evaluation frameworks with scripted tasks to measure resolution rate and customer satisfaction as gates.
• Capture gaps and feed structured feedback to Engineering for reusable platform capabilities.
• Transition successful pilots to Professional Services or partners with documentation and playbooks.
