Job summary

Talkdesk, Inc. in Seattle, WA seeks a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to translate Talkdesk's Agentic AI platform into production-grade solutions for enterprise customers.

You are a hands-on builder, a technical project lead, and a trusted advisor who owns deployments from prototype to production. Based in Seattle, you will lead architecture, guide cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and influence product roadmaps while maintaining security and scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-10 years in software or solution engineering with 1+ year architecting AI/ML/Agentic solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale IT integration or AI implementations for enterprise customers.
• Deep expertise in multi-agent system design, planning, memory, and tool-use frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for complex deployments; design architectural blueprints for AI agent solutions.
• Write production-grade code; utilize Talkdesk APIs/SDKs to deliver end-to-end deployments.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to customers and teams.
• Influence product and engineering roadmaps with deployment learnings and tooling.
