Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, AI to execute data science, ML, and generative/agent AI work powering priority AI use cases and workflow-enabled solutions.

You will partner with AI Product Managers, engineers, clinical and governance stakeholders to translate questions into rigorous data science solutions and deliver AI-enabled capabilities that improve patient care and enterprise performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–8+ years in data science, ML, or advanced analytics in a health/enterprise setting.
• Experience building models and analytical assets that influence product or operational outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI/LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and modern data science tooling; able to productionize analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Translate AI use-case objectives into data science problem statements and execution roadmaps.
• Develop predictive models, segmentation, personalization, and causal inference as needed.
• Prototype, validate, and productionalize data science and generative AI methods in collaboration with engineering.
• Design LLM-powered applications, agent-based workflows, and tool integrations for enterprise data.
• Collaborate with product, clinical, operations, and governance stakeholders to drive real-world impact.
