Qualifications

• 6+ years of data science/predictive analytics experience in (re)insurance or 8+ years predictive modeling experience in another industry.
• Experience leading and coaching a modeling team.
• Ability to communicate results to business partners and drive decisions.
• Experience in creating and discussing best practices and proposing new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete predictive analytics analysis and modeling on complex projects.
• Present results to customers and management as requested.
• Lead in development of predictive analytics and modeling presentations.
• Provide hands-on leadership across the full AI lifecycle from model development to deployment.
• Schedule and prioritize workload and ensure governance in modeling practices.
