You will lead analytics initiatives, build scalable models, and partner with stakeholders to translate insights into strategy.

The role requires 6+ years in data science or 8+ years in modeling, with a Master’s in related fields.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data science/predictive analytics in (re)insurance or 8+ years predictive modeling in another industry.
• Experience leading and coaching a team delivering modeling projects and analytics.
• Ability to communicate results to business partners and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI lifecycle from model development to production deployment.
• Develop and present predictive analytics and modeling results to internal/external customers.
• Identify data quality issues and apply advanced modeling techniques.
• Document assumptions, results, and alternatives; support rate filings or modeling practices as needed.
• Collaborate with partners to establish best practices and scalable solutions.
