Crusoe is seeking a seasoned leader for Engineering Operations and Deployment ownership to drive KPI infrastructure, ensure quality handoffs, and coordinate cross-functional teams across data center deployments.

The ideal candidate has a deep background in software engineering, technical program management, or technical product roles, with 12+ years in related fields and a track record of delivering at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering, technical program management, or a technical product role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Run programs to improve KPI infrastructure, including SLO dashboards and incident follow-up metrics.
• Own deployment checks and ensure smooth handoffs between teams.
• Partner with engineering, SRE, customer success, and data engineering to keep data accurate and consistently reported.
• Advise leadership on operational health and cross-functional execution across data center deployments.
