Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Sr. Specialist, AI CRM Engineering to develop and integrate AI-enabled CRM features within Veeva/Vault ecosystems. You will prototype AI capabilities, build predictive dashboards, and support data pipelines under the engineering manager.

This role emphasizes AI governance and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT with CRM experience, 1.5+ years in AI/ML, and hands-on cloud/Databricks expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience in software development, administration, or solution delivery.
• 2+ years of hands-on CRM experience (Veeva/Salesforce) or equivalent.
• 1.5+ years of applied AI/ML exposure in enterprise environments.
• DataBricks experience with Databricks Lakehouse architecture.
• 3+ years SDLC experience (Agile/Waterfall).
• Experience contributing to AI/ML or analytics integrations in enterprise apps.
• Active technical certifications (CRM/AWS/AI) preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with vectorization, Python, prompt engineering, LangChain, OpenAI Azure, Anthropic Claude, GCP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI-enabled features within CRM ecosystem.
• Support AI/ML workflows and data integrations with CRM data pipelines.
• Prototype and evaluate Generative AI capabilities in CRM environments.
• Build AI-powered outputs and dashboards with predictive KPIs.
• Participate in AI experiments and pilots for CRM workflows.
• Consume and surface ML model outputs in CRM UI and reporting tools.
• Adhere to AI governance and data privacy standards.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML tools and frameworks.
• Perform CRM integrations and data loading tasks.
• Contribute to SDLC best practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain solution documentation and knowledge base.
