You will support the rollout of AI training and resources for employees and deliver insights on business impact. You will collaborate with business, technology, and data teams to enable AI solutions that deliver measurable value and align with organizational goals, while helping monitor progress and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 1+ year analytics/AI experience.
• Proficiency with Excel/Tableau or similar tools.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track AI initiative progress and report results with accuracy.
• Maintain digital AI training materials and resources.
• Analyze user metrics to identify enablement improvements.
• Prepare presentations and reports on AI strategy for executives.
• Support RM&C AI portfolio governance to align with goals.
• Design workshops and forums to promote AI adoption.
