Qualifications

• Senior/Staff-level engineer or equivalent with evaluative experience.
• Hands-on experience with Codex, Claude Code or Cursor required.
• Strong English writing and speaking skills (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end to end.
• Judge usefulness, accuracy, and engineering judgment in explanations.
• Provide clear, opinionated written feedback on results.
• Help define what 'great' looks like when using AI coding tools.
