Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Workforce Modernization team, focusing on AI-enabled change and human-centered transformation. You will design and lead enterprise change strategies, coach leaders in AI-enabled adoption, and engage stakeholders across client organizations.

You’ll deliver AI-enhanced training, develop learning programs, and establish analytics to measure adoption and outcomes, while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management with leadership of complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to coach AI-enabled change delivery and adoption.
• Knowledge of agile change management methodologies and frameworks; certifications are beneficial.
• Ability to coach stakeholders and teams to leverage AI for productivity and outcomes.
• Proven success delivering AI-forward change approaches at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-level change strategies integrating behavioral insights and AI-enabled analysis.
• Deliver AI coaching and mentor change leaders to adopt new ways of working.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to build alignment and sponsorship.
• Develop and deliver learning experiences including AI-enhanced training and digital assets.
• Establish measurement frameworks to track adoption, proficiency, sentiment and learning outcomes.
• Provide post-implementation coaching and reinforcement for long-term sustainability.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance deliverable quality and consulting efficiency.
