Job summary
Innovatix Technology Partners is seeking a Senior AI / Contact Center Solutions Architect for a 12-month remote assignment in the United States. The role focuses on designing and delivering advanced CCaaS-based routing, bots, and agentic AI, with extensive interaction with Genesys Cloud tools and AI models.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in CCaaS, IVR, and bot ecosystems, plus hands-on experience with Dialogflow and Lex.
Qualifications
- 10+ years with commercial Digital CCaaS, routing, bots and development tools.
- Advanced speech recognition engines and related tech.
- Experience with PHP, Java or C# is a plus.
- Hands-on with Google Dialogflow and Amazon Lex.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development and maintenance of routing applications for Digital Virtual Agents.
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master to drive epics for IVR, routing and bots.
- Create development effort estimates with managers and project leads.
- Present digital bot solutions and perform knowledge transfer at project close.
- Develop and execute test scripts for call flow using Genesys tools.
