Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend development experience.
• Experience with AWS and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Understanding of database internals (MySQL).
• Proven experience building scalable REST APIs.
• Comfortable in mob programming and code reviews.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• 1+ year using AI to boost productivity in SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend services for next-generation applications.
• Contribute to core infrastructure ensuring reliability and scale.
• Manage large-scale database infrastructure and replication.
• Collaborate daily in mob programming and participate in reviews.
• Apply Test-Driven Development to ensure resilient systems.
• Leverage AI tools to improve coding, testing and design.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
