ServiceNow in Chicago seeks an engineer to build automation and AI capabilities for platform administration, inventory, release planning, and process improvements across ServiceNow and other platforms. You’ll develop workflows, manage complete lifecycle of environments, and troubleshoot issues while contributing to continuous improvement and scalable automation.

The role emphasizes ServiceNow administration/development experience, plus SAP familiarity as a plus, with base pay guidance reflecting

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 5+ years of IT industry experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of technology platforms, particularly web applications/SaaS platforms.
• ServiceNow platform administration or development experience.
• Familiarity / experience with SAP platforms is a plus.

• Leverage AI and ServiceNow platform workflows and automation to standardize, streamline and automate various processes.
• Build tools to manage the complete lifecycle of production/sub-production environments.
