Job summary

Jerry.ai seeks a lead for the AI & Automation team to architect and scale our end-to-end insurance quoting and support automation. You will own the agentic front end, backend workflow orchestration, and external system integrations, shaping the next generation of our AI capabilities.

You will evaluate new AI technologies, guide investments, and collaborate with OpenAI on voice models and workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience across multiple insurance verticals.
