Jerry.ai is seeking a leader to drive the architecture and delivery of AI-powered automation for the insurance marketplace. You will own both the conversational front-end and the backend orchestration systems, shaping what the team builds next and ensuring scalable, reliable production in a remote-first company.

As part of a fast-growing YC-backed startup, you will collaborate with top engineers and external partners like OpenAI to push the boundaries of AI-driven insurance quoting and support

Responsibilities

• Own the AI agents and automation system with front-end chatbot/voicebot and backend workflow automation.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech (voicebots, agents) and decide investments; build and ship to production.
• Partner with OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation.
