Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, ideally at an early-stage startup.
• Experience putting LLM-based systems into production, including evals and latency.
• Builder mindset who doesn't wait for specs.
• Familiarity with AI automation, voice models, and multi-step workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI agents and automation system, including frontend chatbot/voicebot and backend orchestration.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and decide what to invest in next, then ship to production.
• Partner with OpenAI to deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation.
