Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a lead for the AI & Automation team to advance the next generation of our automated insurance quoting and customer-support workflow.

You will own both the conversational front end (chatbot/voicebot) and the backend orchestration, and drive automation across document validation and external carrier systems. You will evaluate new AI technologies and steer investments, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and partners like OpenAI.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI automation projects and teams.
• Ability to evaluate and deploy emerging AI technologies.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and OpenAI partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI agents and automation system (front-end and backend).
