Qualifications
- 5+ years in software engineering, ideally at an early-stage startup
- Experience putting LLM-based systems into production, including evals, latency, cost and failure handling
- Experience evaluating and deploying voice models and workflow automation
Responsibilities
- Own the AI agents and automation system architecture
- Build new automations for document validation and transaction orchestration
- Evaluate emerging AI tech and decide investments and production readiness
- Partner with OpenAI to deploy next-generation voice models and automation
