Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the AI & Automation roadmap for our next-generation insurance platform. You will own both the conversational AI front end and the backend workflow automation, driving architectural choices and scalable production deployments.

You will evaluate new AI technologies, decide investments, and collaborate with OpenAI to integrate advanced voice models and workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning product strategy and execution for a technical product.
• Experience making technical tradeoffs based on business impact.
• Familiar with deploying LLM-based systems to production (evals, latency, cost).

Responsibilities

• Own AI agents and automation system; shape frontend and backend architecture.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and investment decisions; ship to production.
• Partner with OpenAI to deploy voice models and workflows.
