Ernst & Young is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to guide a team of domain architects in building an agent control harness. You will shape design for multiagent systems, authentication, and post-training environments while collaborating across AI, security and data domains.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE, CS or Math required.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native tools and cloud AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent setups.
• Architect agent identity and authentication in large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Benchmark architectures against agent and human evals.
• Lead AI agent control frameworks and governance.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams.
