Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain architects in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. You will guide the development of agent identity, authentication, post-training environments, and synthetic models while collaborating with Security, Data and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in multi-agent systems, agent authorization architectures, and telemetry.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE/CS/Math required.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and modern secrets management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of control harness for multi-agent systems.
• Define agent identity and authentication architectures.
• Oversee post-training and tuning environments.
• Develop AI open-source synthesis models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams.
