EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to head a team of domain experts designing AI Agent Control. You will shape scalable agent systems, tool usage, state management, and authentication at enterprise scale.

You will drive end-to-end architectures, mentor engineers, and collaborate across AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure to deliver robust, verifiable solutions. EY offers hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, CS or Math.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native software development tools / code assist.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, TypeScript; Go, Rust, Java.
• Understand AI Native design process and principles
• Experience with cryptographic methods of identity and auth.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent setups.
• Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evals.
• Create comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements via AI Native design process.
• Research emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead a team of experts to build universal agentic control harnesses.
