Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior AI Architect, Presales in the United States to shape how enterprises apply AI to customer experience. You will guide architecture decisions, lead solution design across self-service, agent assistance, journey management, and back-office automation, and partner with sales, engineering and product teams to drive production deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and architecting enterprise AI solutions using ML, NLP, and LLMs.
• Architectural judgment across model selection, latency, cost, governance and risk.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms and RESTful APIs.
• Real-time enterprise solutions with low latency and scalability.
• Experience with prompt design, context management, and RAG.
• Proficient with agentic coding and AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to deliver technical demos connecting architecture to business value.
• Experience partnering with sales on technical discovery.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for customer experience use cases combining LLMs, deterministic workflows, tools, and orchestration.
• Design scalable RAG and enterprise knowledge architectures for accuracy, relevance and freshness.
• Establish AI evaluation and observability frameworks linking accuracy, cost, and outcomes.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time data across channels for personalized interactions.
• Optimize enterprise AI architectures for scalability, latency, throughput, and cost.
• Drive presales engagements through technical discovery, demos, sandbox engagements and value assessments.
• Develop and validate AI prototypes with account teams to prove use cases and achieve KPIs.
• Demonstrate the value of Genesys Cloud AI by connecting capabilities to customer requirements.
