Job summary

The Western Union Company seeks a Senior Analyst, Artificial Intelligence to develop, deploy and scale AI-driven solutions within the Digital GTM organization. You will build AI agents, semantic context, and scalable capabilities to generate actionable insights across Marketing, Product, Pricing, Analytics, and Risk.

Candidates should have strong analytical and technical skills, business acumen, and a track record delivering measurable outcomes. Hybrid work from NYC office preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience developing AI, ML, automation, or analytics solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered solutions for the GTM organization.
• Build and manage AI agents to automate workflows and generate insights.
• Design scalable AI workflows using LLMs, retrieval frameworks, semantic search, and agent architectures.
• Monitor performance and optimize outputs and business impact.
• Translate business terminology and KPIs into structured knowledge frameworks for AI use.
