Zscaler is seeking a Senior AI Analyst, GTM Intelligence, to collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and engineering in a remote US role. You’ll define real-time AI-driven signals for reps and partners and guide the roadmap for how signals power seller decisions.

You will translate business needs into concrete engineering requirements, ensuring adoption and measurable business impact across pipeline, retention, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Foundational AI/ML understanding with experience positioning AI solutions.
• 4–7+ years in GTM analyst, RevOps, or Sales Strategy at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to translate ambiguous sales pain points into buildable signals.
• Proven track record shipping analytical solutions adopted in production.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a signals repository for direct and partner motions.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, and engineering to translate logic into requirements.
• Prioritize signal roadmap across seller journeys and channels.
• Embed signals into CRM, PRM, and dashboards to drive adoption.
• Present signal impact to GTM leadership with revenue-focused metrics.
