Job summary

Helen of Troy seeks a Senior AI Analytics Engineer to design and deploy AI-enabled analytics solutions across Windows and cloud data platforms. The role focuses on leveraging Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power BI to deliver scalable analytics pipelines and AI agents.

You will collaborate with IT, BI, and data engineering teams to implement governance, observability, and secure deployment practices while advancing enterprise AI initiatives across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years delivering enterprise analytics, BI, data, cloud, software, automation, or AI solutions.
• 2+ years hands-on AI/GenAI solution delivery with production deployment.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365, Azure AI Search.
• Experience building AI assistants, copilots, RAG solutions, AI agents, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Governance, monitoring, observability, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and secure deployment.
• Strong Python and SQL; experience with Power BI and enterprise data platforms like Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled analytics using Azure and Microsoft AI tools.
• Develop AI assistants, copilots, RAG solutions, and agentic workflows on enterprise data.
• Enable AI-assisted analytics, natural language querying, and proactive business insights.
• Integrate AI with Power BI, semantic models, and governed datasets.
• Prototype and operationalize AI analytics with Python and modern tooling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and deliverables.
• Create reusable patterns, documentation, and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.
