Helen of Troy is seeking a Senior BI Developer to lead a Data & BI initiative within Information Technology. You will design and deploy enterprise Power BI solutions, build a COE, and drive data-driven decision-making across departments. The role emphasizes governance, scalable data modeling, and collaboration with ERP integrations and cloud platforms.

You will guide teams, maintain BI standards, and stay ahead of data trends to continuously enhance capabilities across our brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field.
• Over 7 years in Business Intelligence with Power BI experience.
• 2+ years leading BI teams or cross-functional BI initiatives.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end Power BI solutions in a complex Enterprise IT ecosystem, including ERP integrations.
• Knowledge of domains such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Experience creating and managing a Power BI CoE.
• Experience with Agile Methodology.
• Experience with innovative solutions and cross-domain collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Elevate business decisions by crafting analytical tools and self-service reporting.
• Build robust Power BI architectures enabling organization-wide data exploration.
• Design and implement a Power BI COE with key partners across departments.
• Develop scalable Power BI data models delivering measurable business value.
• Partner with consultants and on/offshore teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Ensure adoption and governance of Power BI solutions with standard KPIs and definitions.
• Guide business users in building reports on scalable Power BI models.
