Job summary

Helen of Troy seeks a Sr. BI Developer to elevate decision-making by building scalable Power BI models and governance across the organization. You will lead analytics assets, design enterprise-grade BI architectures, and guide business users in self-service reporting.

In this role, you will collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver measurable business value while applying Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to ensure timely, quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, including at least 2 years with Power BI.
• 2+ years leading BI teams or managing cross-functional BI initiatives.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end Power BI solutions within a complex Enterprise IT ecosystem, including integration with ERP systems (Oracle) and governed data models.
• Experience with Agile Methodology.
• Excellent written and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Design and implement robust Power BI architectures for self-service reporting and ad-hoc exploration.
• Lead the Power BI CoE in partnership with cross-functional business teams.
