Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking a Senior AI Analytics Engineer to drive AI-enabled analytics across the enterprise. You will design and deploy AI-powered analytics using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and OpenAI, integrating with Power BI and data platforms.

You will collaborate with BI, data engineering, and platform teams to implement governance, observability, and scalable AI solutions while benefiting from a hybrid schedule and a culture that values inclusion and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise analytics, BI, data, cloud, software, automation, or AI solutions.
• 2+ years hands-on AI/GenAI solution delivery in production.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365, Azure AI Search.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with Power BI and enterprise BI platforms.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI-enabled analytics solutions across the enterprise using Microsoft AI technologies.
• Develop AI assistants, copilots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and AI workflows securely leveraging data.
• Enable AI-assisted analytics, natural language querying, automated insights, and KPI explanations.
• Integrate AI with Power BI, semantic models, governance, and cloud data platforms.
• Prototype, validate, and operationalize AI-enabled analytics using Python and modern tooling.
• Support forecasting, anomaly detection, marketing analytics, and enterprise insight generation.
• Define AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, and deployment standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and deliver solutions.
