Helen of Troy is seeking a Sr. BI Developer to elevate decision-making by crafting analytical tools and scalable Power BI models across the enterprise. You will drive adoption of data-driven insights using our centralized data assets.

You will design architectures, lead a Power BI COE with cross-functional partners, and apply agile practices to deliver measurable business value while supporting DevOps processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in computer science or related field.
• 7+ years in Business Intelligence, incl. 2+ years Power BI as an enterprise platform.
• 2+ years leading BI teams or cross-functional BI initiatives.
• Experience designing end-to-end Power BI solutions in a complex Enterprise IT ecosystem with centralized data platforms and governed data models.

Responsibilities

• Elevate employee decision-making by crafting analytical tools and using data assets to drive insights.
• Develop robust Power BI architectures enabling self-service reporting and ad-hoc exploration.
• Design and implement a Power BI COE in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Develop scalable Power BI data models driving strategic decisions and measurable business value.
• Guide team members and business users in building their own reports on scalable models.
