Helen of Troy is seeking a Senior AI Analytics Engineer to design, implement, and scale AI-enabled analytics across our brands. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions, from data modeling to deployment, driving enterprise insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• 8+ years delivering enterprise analytics/BI/cloud/AI solutions.
• 2+ years delivering AI/GenAI solutions in production.
• Hands-on with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph, M365.
• Experience building AI assistants, copilots, RAG and AI-enabled workflows.
• Governance, monitoring, observability, and secure deployment of AI solutions.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; experienced with Power BI and enterprise data platforms.
• Able to travel domestically up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI analytics solutions using Microsoft AI stack.
• Develop AI assistants, copilots, RAG solutions, AI agents and workflows.
• Enable AI-assisted analytics, narratives, and alerts for business insights.
• Integrate AI with Power BI, semantic models, and enterprise data platforms.
• Prototype and operationalize AI solutions using Python and modern analytics tools.
• Collaborate with BI teams, data engineering, and stakeholders to deliver high-value use cases.
• Create reusable patterns, docs, and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.
