Job summary

This is a hands-on role covering the full project life cycle—from problem framing with business teams to production deployment and adoption, ensuring solutions deliver real business value.

You will balance business-facing work with engineering, build AI applications on Azure, and mentor teammates while maintaining scalable, secure, enterprise-ready results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Five to eight years in software, solutions, data, or ML engineering with at least two years building AI/automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business teams to identify problems where AI can help and define success measures.
• Design and build AI solutions (copilots, agents, RAG apps) on Azure platforms.
• Ensure production readiness with security, testing, and monitoring."
• Own projects end-to-end from scope to production adoption.
