Persistent Systems Limited is seeking a Sr AI Engineering Lead to drive AI strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale AI, data, and analytics solutions from Bellevue, WA. You will lead engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and business-focused digital transformations using Azure OpenAI and modern AI frameworks.

The role emphasizes architecture governance, cloud-first design, and collaboration with executives to achieve measurable business outcomes. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

Deep expertise in enterprise AI and data solutions.
Strong leadership to drive architecture & delivery of AI programs.
Experience with Azure OpenAI, RAG, and modern AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions.
Drive end-to-end delivery of AI transformation programs including AI Copilots and AI Agents.
Architect cloud-native apps using .NET/C#, REST APIs, and microservices.
