Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years designing and delivering enterprise apps with AI/ML in production and leading teams.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, data persistence, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, and tool-calling architectures, with strong Python skills.
• Experience with LangGraph and/or equivalent agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building cloud-native AI solutions on GCP including BigQuery and Databricks.
• Security patterns including identity, authentication, authorization, service identities, secrets management.
• Experience with production observability, tracing, and operational readiness.
• Ability to develop prototypes and reference implementations to validate decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML engineering across frontend, backend, AI/agent layers, and cloud services.
• Define scalable architecture patterns for multiple business capabilities.
• Determine use of deterministic workflows, APIs, rules, AI agents, and hybrid approaches.
• Architect stateful workflows with sessions, checkpoints, retries, and idempotency.
• Design and build agentic solutions using LangGraph, LangChain, and RAG.
• Deliver domain AI agents for payroll, benefits, labor contracts, and financial planning.
• Define secure multi-persona architectures with proper access controls.
