Job summary

Hyliion Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Applied AI to lead enterprise AI adoption, partnering with every department to turn AI into measurable gains in speed, quality, and capacity. You will design, deploy, and scale workflows, assistants, and automations, while building a champion network and overseeing governance with IT and Legal.

This is a hands-on leadership role with travel to support growth. You will mentor teams, drive AI strategy, and ensure compliance with government contracts and export

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology, data, or digital transformation roles with 3+ years leading AI/automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Hyliion's enterprise AI roadmap with leadership.
• Partner with departments to map workflows and set success metrics.
• Design, build, deploy, and own AI solutions end-to-end.
• Governance, security, and compliance for AI initiatives, incl. ITAR/EAR considerations.
• Drive adoption through role-based training and playbooks.
