Parloa is seeking a Lead AI Agent Architect to drive AI agent design and deployment for enterprise customers in the United States. You will translate complex requirements into production-ready AI workflows, focusing on reliability, scalability, and measurable impact.

You will work at the intersection of LLMs, conversation design, and enterprise systems, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams to ensure successful delivery and broad adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing, technical role with AI experience.
• Hands-on experience in conversation design and AI agent development.
• Proficient with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI agent solutions for enterprise clients.
• Refine LLM-driven agent behavior using prompt engineering and structured workflows.
• Ensure reliable performance via guardrails, testing, and data-driven iteration.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable, model-friendly interactions.
• Integrate AI agents with CRM and backend systems end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Customer teams to scale solutions.
• Advise customers on best practices and drive adoption across use cases.
• Document best practices and contribute to enablement assets.
