Job summary

Parloa is at the forefront of enterprise AI, building agentic AI that powers meaningful customer interactions. The Manager, Agent Architecture will lead a team of Agent Architects, hire and coach talent, and own the quality of every AI Agent shipped, while remaining hands-on with live customer engagements.

You will drive capacity planning, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end delivery, working with sales, product, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or mentoring others and growing a group’s output.
• 3+ years in conversation design and AI agent development with scalable architectures.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hire a team of Agent Architects, coach and set goals.
• Align team OKRs with Professional Services priorities and manage capacity.
• Guide customers through AI Agent implementations from scoping to delivery.
• Define agent quality standards and document best practices.
