Job summary

Parloa in the United States is seeking a Manager, Agent Architecture to build and lead a team that transforms customer service with AI Agents, while staying hands-on in delivery. You will hire, coach, and set goals for Agent Architects and own the quality of every AI Agent the team ships, with significant time spent on live customer engagements.

This role places you at the front line of enterprise AI, where credibility comes from doing the work alongside your team and driving measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of conversation design and AI agent development experience.
• Experience building scalable conversational experiences grounded in real user needs.
• Strong prompt engineering skills and ability to integrate REST APIs and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Agent Architects, hire, coach, set goals, and own delivery quality.
• Align capacity and priorities with Professional Services, Sales, Product, and engineering.
• Provide hands-on guidance through AI Agent implementations from scoping to delivery.
• Define and enforce best practices for agent quality across live projects.
