Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end AI agent deployments for enterprise environments. You will translate customer requirements into robust architectures, integrate Parloa with CRMs, ERPs, and contact centers, and lead complex multi-system projects with a systems-thinking mindset.

You will shape the conversational layer with prompt engineering and LLM knowledge, fine-tune flows, and document best practices for customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise solution architecture or integration.
• Strong systems thinking across multiple systems and data sources.
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale (CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms).
• Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML structures, API testing tools (e.g., Postman), and API authentication patterns (OAuth, API keys, JWT).
• Ability to translate customer requirements into LLM prompts and conversational flows.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI Agent deployments integrating Parloa with enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing, contact centers).
• Build and configure integrations using platforms and APIs, solving multi-system data flows.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex integration scenarios beyond standard capabilities.
• Apply structured testing to validate architecture, integration reliability, and agent performance.
