Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end AI Agent deployments for enterprise ecosystems across Germany, integrating Parloa with CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing platforms. You will shape the conversational layer and apply prompt engineering to deliver reliable, scalable AI solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in enterprise architecture, strong systems thinking, and experience with complex SaaS deployments. German and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise solution architecture or integration.
• Experience with multi-system SaaS deployments (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing, contact centers).
• Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML structures and API testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI Agent deployments in enterprise environments.
• Build and configure integrations using APIs and integration platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams on complex integration scenarios.
• Apply testing approaches to validate architecture and AI agent performance.
• Translate customer workflows into structured conversational components for LLMs.
• Fine-tune conversational flows and SSML/lexicons for brand alignment.
