Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end architectures that connect Parloa's AI agent platform to enterprise environments, such as CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing systems. You will oversee multi-system integrations, apply systems thinking, and shape the conversational experience layer using prompt engineering.

You will work on embeddings, prompts, and structured components to ensure reliable agent behavior, with opportunities to train in conversation design and A/B testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is expected.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations across CRMs/ERPs and ticketing systems is required.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, data mapping, and authentication patterns (OAuth, JWT).
• Experience with LLM prompts, chain-of-thought or few-shot techniques is a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI Agent deployments within enterprise environments.
• Build and configure integrations using APIs and integration platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams on complex integrations beyond standard capabilities.
• Validate architecture through structured testing and real-world condition simulations.
• Translate customer workflows into structured conversational components for reliable LLM execution.
• Fine-tune conversational flows and SSML/lexicon usage to match brand standards.
