Parloa is seeking a Manager, Agent Architecture in the United States to lead a team dedicated to transforming customer service with AI Agents. You will hire, coach, and own the quality of every AI Agent shipped, while contributing to live customer engagements.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and customers to balance capacity, priorities, and delivery quality, shaping enterprise-grade conversational AI at scale.

Formación

• 3+ years of conversation design and AI agent development experience.
• Experience building scalable architectures and conversational experiences for enterprise customers.
• Strong capacity management, delivery, and escalation handling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of Agent Architects; hire, set goals, and review performance.
• Own capacity planning, align OKRs with services priorities, and surface tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• guide customers through AI Agent implementations from strategy to end-to-end delivery.
• Define and promote best practices for agent quality and reproducible delivery.
